Flying Bananas has been incorporated to
bring back play at work. A lot of work
happens when people play together and we
watch that very closely.
Most of our activity designs and programmes
are unique and only offered by us in India.
Flying Bananas sprung to life in order to
provide activities only designed for
corporate groups. Since our inception our
stable of corporate team building events and
outdoor activity designs has grown immensely

motivation, energizing, bonding or serious
facilitation. This allows us to continue to
provide extraordinary experiences and value
to our customers.
Flying Bananas empowers people, through
shared experiences of learning, discovery
and laughter, to stretch boundaries,
challenge assumptions and think differently.
We believe that everyone has the ability to
feel wonder, about the world around them and
in the things they are able to accomplish.
This extends from those who participate in
our events and adventures, our clients,
suppliers and our employees.

Our motto is "teams that play together work
together" and we believe that having fun at
work is important not just in creating a

reducing staff turnover. Having fun helps

Flying Bananas programmes can be designed to
address many different issues, but the one
thing they have in common is that they are
all set within a framework of fun and
enjoyment, without taking participants out
of their comfort zone.
Attitude
We believe that there is always a choice
about the way you do your work even if there
is not a choice about the work itself. We
encourage people to choose a positive
attitude to their job and to their clients
and colleagues. In taking this positive
approach, individuals are committing
themselves to doing the best they can,
exploiting opportunities and developing
their own role. Our tailored programmes
focus on generating this commitment through
facilitated discussion as well as through
themed activities, ensuring that people go
away from a Flying Bananas programme with a
"can do" attitude.
Relationships
If you believe the old adage that "it's not
what you know, but who you know", then it
stands to reason that true success must
depend - at least in part - on the quality
and not just the quantity of our
relationships. Our ability to balance work
and home life, while also allowing time to
appreciate the hidden qualities of the
people around us is increasingly becoming a
lifestyle measure of success. Flying Bananas
relationship-building programmes help

relationships and can also help resolve

And why the name - Flying Bananas ?
We know you would ask that question.
We could say, “bananas can fly with us so we
can do the impossible” Or say “flying bananas represent freedom and cheer
much like our services”
Or say “we love bananas and we love flying as much” Or say “the young man connects with the essence of
the child-like name that takes him to his
playful days and draws a mental conclusion
of a brand identity that….blah..blah…
The truth - the URL was available and it
didn’t sound too awful. Not having too much time for work on the
brand name also helped.
